Fersoot Return Policy
We have a 7 day return policy. Within 7 days of receiving the item you can request for the return.
Eligibility for Jewellery Returns -
- Jewellery must be unworn and unused.
- Jewellery tag must be intact with original packaging.
- Product Original Box must be intact
- Items to send back while returning the jewellery - Jewellery, original packaging, original box, purchase receipt.
- product will be disqualify if all above mentioned items are not send back to us.
Cost of Rs 80/- will be borne by the customer.
Please note that the 7 days return does not apply to Personalized Jewellery, Coins, Utensils, God Idols, Gift Items, etc.
Items/jewellery are eligible for FREE Return -
- Any Product which is damaged during the transit.
- Shipment of wrong items by our team.
- Design defect of the product.
- Incase of the above reasons the return will be free with door step pickup.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Which Products are not considered Defective -
Minor colour defect/Slight difference in the colour shade. Since the Products are made in 925 Silver, Sight blackness in product or product oxidization is ought to happen due to climate change or storage
condition.
Payment will be refunded on the Original Mode of Payment.
Online banking will be use to process refunds for COD purchase.
Once we received the product at our center, after inspection if the product is eligible we will start refund process.
The payment refund will take 5-7 business days to complete the process.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Customers need to state a reason for return along with mentioning the Unique Style ID.
Upload a clear picture of the product highlighting the defect; along with the receipt/proof of purchase.
Cancellation of purchase order OR Change of address
request will be accepted ONLY within 5 hrs of placing the order.
